Lectures will allow students to:
define the main tasks of a CM
analyse and understand a building process from the point of view of a CM
use methods and tools pertaining to the CM
define and manage a simplified construction process
analyse case studies.
Laboratory will allow students to:
understand and apply methods and tools to a case study
define and coordinate the different construction phases
control costs and resources
propose checks and updates of the work program
