Programma dettagliato e risultati di apprendimento attesi
At the end of the collaborative and active experience proposed by the course, the candidates will be able to:
design a course based on a coherent application of the cognitive alignment principles (deep coherence among learning outcomes, assessment strategies, learning activities);
integrate in the design of a course the various dimensions of active pedagogical frameworks to improve the achievement of intended learning outcomes;
manage a classroom, also of large dimensions, in an effective way, by developing their own teaching leadership style.
The learning outcomes expected in terms of soft skills are mainly focused on the development of the abilities connected to:
Creative team working
Digital communication formats and channels
Leadership of learning groups
The specific topics explored will be:
- principles of course design;
- lesson planning;
- basic pedagogical frameworks;
- formative and summative assessment strategies;
- class management;
- group management;
- student deliverable review .
Note Sulla Modalità di valutazione
The assessment will be based on:
- the achievement of the completion certificate of the MOOC "Designing Teaching Innovation" available on the POK platform
- the evaluation of the oral defence of a short essay about a topic relevant for the candidate agreed with the teacher.

The MOOC "Designing Learning Innovation" requires about 15 hours fo work and will available for PhD students form the 1st of February 2021
