Obiettivi dell'insegnamento
The aim of the course, which is part of the internship activities, is the preparation for the work practice, in particular through the development of “soft skills”. Thought as an innovative teaching activity, Teambuilding works in a practical way with students to support them in developing teamwork, negotiation, conflict management and leadership skills.

Students: - develop awareness of themselves, their potential and skills, in relation to the contexts in which they act; - know how to work in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams; - develop attitudes to negotiation, leadership and conflict management.

COURSE CONTENT AND STRUCTURE
The key topics discussed during the laboratory will be:
-Work team and their relational dynamics;
-The individual versus the team;
-Archetypes and their interactions in team building;
-How to face the fear of conflict;
-How to choose the members of one's team;
-The importance of the work method;
-The Jungian psychological types;
-Leadership;
-Team functions;
- Team dysfunctions.
ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCES
At the end of the course students will have the competences and tools to create a functional and united team which takes into account the psychological dimension and the relational dynamics of its members. In specific, thanks to the methodologies learned during the laboratory, this experience will widen the participants' need to test themselves and to train their empathy, their relational abilities, their personal capability of solving problematic situations and will allow them to strengthen their soft skills. During the Lab the Jungian psychological types and Jungian archetypes will be explained and understood, focusing on business organization and management.
Prerequisiti
There are no pre-requisites for attendance.
Modalità di valutazione
In the course there will not be a final score, but the students will be given credits for their participation. Attendance is compulsory.
