The goal of the course is to enable students to manage the different stages of the building process.

The course covers the items related with tools and methods to manage design, production, construction, management

Each topic is treated both theoretically and practically through a practical exercise.

Lectures and exercise sessions will allow students to:

-Analyse and understand the goals, assumptions and requirements associated to the management of building process

Students are required to know the basic information about building technologies.

The evaluation will be based on the assessment (group or individual) of the reports and of oral presentations prepared applying the learned methods on practical exercises.

Final exam will consist in a written test based on open-ended questions about the theoretical topics covered in the programme.
