Il workshop costituisce un arricchimento delle tematiche di progetto affrontate nel percorso di studi, assumendo come finalita` didattica quella di fornire allo studente strumenti e capacita` di sintesi progettuale che intervengono nella elaborazione di un concept di progetto.

Lo studente:
- sa effettuare sintesi progettuale rispondendo a richieste specifiche di committenti;
- in autonomia e in gruppo elabora progetti, condividendo e comunicando le scelte progettuali effettuate, sviluppando attitudini alla negoziazione, al teambuilding, all'assunzione di leadership e alla gestione del conflitto.

My Digital Death Led to Biological Eternity

When someone dies, a ceremony acts the change of the body status, from a living entity to a souvenir. In the digital world nothing happens: we don’t deal with present and past, with the status of active and inactive identities. Our decay is just the result of technical failures. And they happen faster than we expect, even for valuable content. We’ll explore the potential of an emerging revolution: converting digital heritage in a DNA molecule. DNA has been identified as one of the solution to store information for several thousand years. It’s not science fiction: some first demonstrations have been successfully performed recently.
The workshop aims at exploring the contribution of design research to new societal issues, related to technologies. It will combine knowledge and making in a creative process. Propositions will be addressed from the user experience side first to generate tangible artifacts and associated services. A path toward the digital relish? A disruptive idea of the signet ring? How should we engage with the relatives?
