"This PhD course will explore the landscape of Large Language Models (LLMs), showcasing their diverse applications, associated risks, and the vast opportunities they present across various domains.
As artificial intelligence (AI) continues to revolutionize industries, LLMs have emerged as powerful tools with transformative potential in natural language processing (NLP), communication, education, and beyond.
This course aims to equip students from different disciplines with a deep understanding of the practical applications of LLMs while critically examining their ethical, societal, and economic implications.
Intended audience: PhD students of DEIB (IT and DADS) but could be open to other departments and PhD programs as well, given its interdisciplinary nature." |
