| Course Description |
The course aims at providing an insight into human responses to vibration and focuses on three different aspects:
- Mechanical response of the body to mechanical vibration
- Modelling of the response of the body to vibration
- Measurements and mitigating actions
The PhD candidate, at the end of the course, will be able to evaluate the human response to vibration, to design and conduct experiments to study the response of the body to mechanical stimuli and to identify mitigation actions to reduce the vibration exposure. |
