Cardiovascular physiology. Anatomy, function of the macro- and micro-circulation

Modeling system aspects of the vascular using lumped parameter modeling.
Lect. 4
Kinematics, stress and balance laws in non-linear continuum mechanics.
Lect. 5
Closed and open thermodynamics concepts in continuum mechanics
Lect. 6
Energy principles and integral form of the boundary value problem.
Lect. 7
Hyperelastic and visco-hyperelastic descriptions of the passive vessel wall.
Lect. 8
Isotropic and anisotropic constitutive models and parameter identification.

Concepts in the description of vasoreactivity and arteriogenesis.

Hemodynamics and rheological blood modeling
Each lecture lasts for two hours, and the course follows the textbook
